What is WebsNZ?
New Zealand web hosting, domain names and email on one bill. You buy capacity (sites, mailboxes, storage and the rest) instead of a fixed Starter / Pro / Business box.
How does pricing work?
A monthly total is built from an account fee, optional web and email platforms, domain management, then add-ons. Minimum, Typical and Maximum are starting points. You can change any line afterwards. Prices in NZD, exclusive of GST where applicable.
Do resellers get a cheaper rate?
No. Hobbyists, businesses and resellers use the same public price list. Volume discounts apply per item as the count grows, and they are the same for everyone.
Where is it hosted?
Mail, web and DNS run on our platform in New Zealand.
Do I have to buy a domain on day one?
No. You can open the account and add a domain name when you are ready to use one.
When do I create sites and mailboxes?
After checkout, in the control panel. That is where you add domains, DNS, websites, databases and mailboxes, up to the allowances on your plan.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes. Grow or shrink a line from the control panel. Upgrades in the current billing window are prorated. You do not move the whole account to a new tier for one extra site.
What is behind the panel?
ISPConfig runs the multi-tenant stack. You use the WebsNZ control panel, including website stats and backups for sites, mailboxes and databases, rather than the raw admin UI.
How do I get help?
Open Questions. Leave the email you want a reply on, write your question, and confirm you are not a robot.
